How to Request Account Deletion

To initiate the account deletion process, please follow these simple steps:

  • 1. Compose a new email using the email client of your choice.
  • 2. Send the email to our dedicated support address:

  • 3. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • 4. the body of the email, please include the full name and phone number associated with your Orbex Signal account for verification.

Data Processing and Retention

Upon receiving your verified request, we will permanently and irrevocably delete all your personal data from our systems. This includes your name, family name, and phone number. The process will be completed within 14 business days. We will send a confirmation email to you once the deletion is finalized. We do not retain any personal data after the deletion is complete.
